Welcome, I’m Kanika.

As the founder of Kanika M. Watson Consulting, I’m a strategic communications advisor and executive coach who works with leaders and mission-driven organizations during periods of growth and change.

For organizations, I bring nearly 25 years of communications leadership and executive counsel to strengthen positioning and support communication through change. For experienced professionals, I provide executive coaching and career-brand strategy focused on stronger positioning and career advancement.

My experience spans public service and mission-driven institutions, including government, higher education, healthcare, and national nonprofits. I have advised leaders through organizational transitions and major initiatives that required sound communication and judgment.
